Double Layer Cookie Brownies
1)Spray 15x10 jelly roll (cookie sheet w/edges) pan with baking spray
2)Spread chocolate chip cookie dough on bottom of pan. Either use two normal size tubes of cookie batter, or you can use one “family size” tube.
3)Mix together one brownie mix (size has to be for a 9x13 pan – not the small box). Follow the directions on the box for eggs, water, oil.
4)Spread brownie mix over cookie dough layer
5)(optional) Sprinkle with coconut, walnuts, toffee, or chocolate chips.
6)Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes (do not over bake as they will dry out).
