Chocolate Wacky Cake Name: Carla Droddy Base: NBVC Recipe: Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar, 9 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 1/2 cups cold water. Mix together all ingredients and bake in a 9x13 pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
