Recipe: 3 Cups Minute Rice 1/4 Cup Margine 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken soup 1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup ** 1 Can Condensed Cream of Celery soup ** 1 Can water 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs if prefer them) Preheat oven to 375 Grease cake pan. Melt margine and blend well with rice, add soup one can at a time and mix, then and water. Spread into bottom of pan. Place chicken on top. Cover with tinfoil. Bake for 45 minutes, remove tinfoil and back for additional 30. ** Depending on if I have don't have all three types of soup in the cabinet I may substitue another can of what I have extra of in place of what is missing. For example 2 cans of Celery instead of 1 Celery and 1 Mushroom.
