3 lbs beef chuck roast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion power
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
hamburger buns
1 bottle barbque sauce
Place beef in cooker, sprinkle with spices Pour barbque sauce over top and cook for 8 hours. Shred meat with knife in slow cooker. Cook for 1 more hour. Serve on warm buns. |
