Biscuits and Sausage Gravy

Recipe: 1/4 Lb bulk pork sausage 2-3 Tbsn flour 2 tbsn butter 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1 1/4 to 1 1/3 cups milk Warm biscuits In a skillet over medium heat cook sausage until no longer pink, drain. Stir in flour, butter, salt and pepper, cook and stir until butter is melted. Gradually adding ilk stir constantly. Boil, stir for 2 mins. Serve over biscuits. Yield: 2 servings
