4 or 5 1/2 in. to 3/4 in. thick chops, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 box Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
Trim excess fat from pork chops and grease large skillet with the fat. Brown chops on both sides, season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet. Empty potatoes and seasoning mix into skillet. Stir in the milk and water called for on package. Heat to boiling, sitrring occasionally. Reduce heat and place chops on top. Cover and simmer about 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
