Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Recipe: 2 t. extra-virgin olive oil or canola oil 1 medium red or yellow onion, sliced thin 4 large cloves of garlic, minced 4 C. thinly sliced red or green cabbage 2 T. balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Stir in the garlic. Gradually add the cabbage, continuing to stir-fry for several minutes, until the cabbage is cooked but is still slightly crisp.
