1 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated (white) sugar
3/4 cup juice from peaches
1/4 milk
1 stick of butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 lg can peaches
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile combine flour, sugars, milk, peach juice, and vanilla. Melt butter in glass baking dish in preheated oven. Pour peaches in baking dish, then puir batter over peaches. Bake for 1 hour, until golden on top. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
