Mix 1 cup fresh blueberries, 3/4 cup sugar, 4 T flour, pinch of salt & 1 cup of water in a pot. Cook for about 10 minutes until thick & berries have cooked. Pour over 3 cups of blueberries, add 1 teaspoon of grated lemon rind & mix well. Pour over baked Phillsbury pie shell. Top with whipped cream. Makes 1 9" pie. |
