Buy a can of cream style corn and a jar or salsa at least 16oz. And i recommend the mild because otherwise it will be too hot. Follow the directions on the bag of red beans and rice. After it is done cooking Add the whole can of corn and the jar of salsa or at least a half of jar of the salsa. Stir and cool and you have a dinner for 4 or more maybe. Its quick, cheap and easy and really good. Its red beans and rice with a kick! Hope you enjoy as much as my family does.
