Recipe: Serves family of 5/6 easily 2 Lbs boneless skinless chicken ( cut in bite size pieces) 2 bxs stove top herb stuffing 2 cans 14 oz diced tomatoes 1 cup water 1 can chicken or vegtable broth 2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese 1/2 cup parmeasean cheese 2 tsp parsley fresh or dried 2 tsp basil (dried) spray 13/9 pan with pam, put in cut up chicken raw, sprinkle with spices and the mozerella cheese. Take the two boxs of stuffing, the water, tomatoes, broth and parmeasean cheese mix all together and place on top of chicken and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30/40 minutes until chicken is done and top is golden. Wonderful quick inexpensive meal, children love the taste and it's good for them.
