1 to 2 LBS Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 2 8oz Cans of Diced Seasoned Tomatos, Dash of Salt and Pepper and Sprinkle Mortons Natures Seasons.
Wash and place chicken in oven safe baking dish, sprinkle seasoning, salt and pepper and pour both cans of tomatos over chicken, cover with foil and bake in a 350* oven for 1 1/2 hours, and serve with yellow rice and what ever veggie you and your family likes.
No need to turn chiken while babking it bakes evenly in its own jucies and its great. my kids love this meal.
