Chicken Parmigiana
For 6 people
Chicken breasts – boneless skinless – slice into cutlets – pat them dry
In one dish:
2 Egg – beat it up
Other dish:
Bread crumbs – Prego unseasoned – oregano, salt, pepper
Other dish:
Flour – salt and pepper
Ready to dip
1st in flour
2nd egg wash
3rd bread crumbs
Skillet – Wesson canola oil
Fry a couple of pieces
Brown on each side
Drain on paper towels
Have tomato sauce ready
On bottom of baking pan
Layer the chicken over the sauce
Layer of mozzarella cheese
Layer of sauce
Layer of chicken
Layer of cheese
NOT TOO THICK
Cook on 350, for 45 minutes
Parmesan cheese on top, if desired
