Open Faced cheesy beef burger

Recipe: This is so easy and so yummy! Take about a poundto two pounds hamburger meat and brown it with very smalled diced onion (you could substitute with onion powder to disguise for the little ones) Drain the fat off. Add about 8-12 oz of shredded cheese stir up. It will seem sticky....you may add a little milk if you wish to make it creamier. Take some hamburger buns and slice them in half. On the open face side of each bun spread the hamburger/cheese mixture. Top with a little extra cheese (this is what makes the meal) Then once all the hamburger buns have been topped put the pan in the oven on broil....not long! It is so easy to burn, all you want to do is crisp it....maybe 5 mins. That is it...a cheap easy meal that even my 19 month old loves!
