Cheesy Mushroom Hashbrown Casserole |

Recipe: |
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 4 oz. can mushrooms (drained)
8 oz. colby cheese, grated
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 lb. bag of frozen shredded hash browns
Combine all ingredients except hash browns. When mixed, gently fold in hash browns. Turn into sprayed 13X9X2 casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. |
