you will need:
a baking pan
2 cans cream of mushroom
skinless chicken breast/chicken of choice
seasoning salt
garlic powder
black pepper
hot steamed rice
preheat your oven 375degrees;make sure you rinse your chicken really well before you place it in the pan; I like to line my pan with aluminum foil for easy clean-up;then place your chicken in the pan and use the seasonings and season it to taste but do not let your seasonings overpower the cream of mushroom;pour both cans of cream of mushroom over your chicken and spread it evenly;bake for about 30-45 min or until it is done;take a dinner plate and place a bed of hot rice in the middle and with a spatula place a single chicken breast on top;and ladies if you want to impress your husbands or guest, just place some fresh parsley on the dish for garnishing! |
