Chocolate Cream Cheese Cookies

Recipe: 1 box any moist chocolate cake mix, 1: 8 oz cream cheese( let sit till room temp.,1 stick of butter( room temp),1 tsp vanilla flavoring, 1 egg,1 container of cream cheese icing,and bag of confectioners sugar. Cream butter and cream cheese together till smooth. Add egg and blend, add vanilla and blend, add half of cake mix and blend together then add rest of cake mix and blend together. Cover and let dough sit in fridge for at least 2 hours. Pour confectioners sugar in seperate bowl, Take dough out of fridge and roll into tablespoon size balls and roll them in the sugar no need to shake off excess sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for exactly 12 minutes. Let cool on rack and take cream cheese icing and place in ziplock bag and snip small corner of bag and drizzle icing across cookies. These are really simple and are delicious. The center of the cookie will be really moist. The cookie has a cracked appearance from rolling in the sugar. They are not super sweet but the added cream cheese icing gives it a kick! Or if you just want a good moist cookie you can omit the cream cheese icing. My kids love them!
