This is a good low fat recipe and can be made with sugar free pudding and low sugar fruit for diabetics. ******************************************************** angle food cake mix or store bought angel food cake, 16 ounce can fruit coctail or fruit of your choosing, drained, 4 servings size box of pudding, any flavor, i like chocolate best made with fruit coctail. mix as package directs also, coolwhip, ******************************************************** Bake angel food cake as package directs, in angel food pan or 9 by 13 pan, or use a store bought. Top cake with the drained fruit coctail, then spread pudding over coctail, the dollop coolwhip on as you serve. keep refridgerated.
