1 loaf white Bread-cubed, 1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese-cubed, 10 large eggs, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 cup milk:
Line bottom of an 11" by 13" baking dish with half the bread crumbs. Layer cream cheese on top. Cover with remaining bread. Beat the eggs, syrup, and milk together, pour over the top. Cover and refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 45 min. or until golden brown. It's very good with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled over the top!!
