frozen milk chocolate Name: yvonne siddall Base: fort drum Recipe: this is great with shaved ice. if not able to get the machine to do it, the snow cone ice or even getting some ice in a freezer bag(wrap it in a towel) and smashing it with a hammer will do. or a blender if you don't want to be so violent and have one that will crush ice. not as good but alright. get a cup full of crushed ice. pour some condensed sweeten milk on top. i use about 1/4 cup for 16oz of ice. i like it very sweet. then put some powdered hot chocolate in. if you prefer a smoother taste use the syrup instead. then add a quick drop of flavoring if you like. like the hazelnut coffee syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, imatation rum. for the ones over 21, real rum or irish whiskey. unless you like it super sweet like i do. you might want to get unsweeten condensed milk when adding the coffee syrups they are pretty sweet. then you mix with a spoon and eat it. make sure it's a big cup. or you can stick it all in a blender and mix it all up in there. the ice melts more when i do that so i just get a straw and drink it.
