Recipe: i love breakfast foods for dinner. it's hot and i don't want to use my oven so i did this on the grill. you can use the oven if you don't want to use the grill or don't have one. on the grill med/hi. in the oven 400 degrees. crack the eggs into the muffin pan that was sprayed generously with butter flavored pam. one per slot. you can scramble it if you like or leave the yoke as is. i like it as is. put stuff that you like on top. i like cheese, sour cream and chives. my kids like bacon bits and green onion. my husband likes mushrooms and sausage. pre cook meats. grill or cook the veggies a head of time if you like. or add nothing at all. it's a great way to cook alot of eggs when there is a bunch of picky people or even when you have a big group eating. that way eggs is done all at one time no one is waiting and it's all hot when served. stick it in the oven or grill. i put mines in for three minutes because i love my eggs runny with toast. my husband like it well cooked with the yoke broken. i put two pans in one for the well (five minutes)and one for the easy(3 minutes). ovens and grills may vary time, but try it out.
