This is so so easy, and tastes pretty good too. You can make as many as you want. Take a piece of Bolonga..the round processed kind, and lay it in a butter sprayed skillet. Turn up the heat and watch the piece of meat raise up in the center, creating a nice snack called a Bolonga Mexican Hat. Don't cook for too long, but long enough to make the hat and brown the meat a little. That's it! A good snack for kids |
