1/2 C. Chopped Pecans
1 18 oz. refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Egg
1/4 C. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/4 C. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
Heat oven to 325. Divide cookie dough into 3 even portions. Press 2 portions into bottom of a tart/quiche pan. Crumble remaining dough, put into bowl, lightly mix in the pecans then set aside. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add egg, sugar, and flour. Beat until smooth. Spread mixture over the dough in pan. Sprinkle pecan mixture evenly over the top. Bake about 30 min. or until topping is golden brown and slightly puffed. Remove from oven and cool for 15 min. Drizzel the melted chocolate morsels over top. Serve slightly warm or at room temp.- with ice cream if desired. |
