Recipe: Fettachine Alfredo 1- 8oz cream cheese 4oz shredded paramasan 3 gloves garlic crushed and broiled 1 cup milk 1/2 lb of wheat fettachini 1 bunch green onions 3 large carrots shredded 1/4 cup olive oil 4 chicken breast boneless cream together cream cheese and paramasan adding milk and garlic and set aside on warm. cook fettahcini and drain. add to cream cheese mixture. cut chicken breast into strips and saute in olive oil adding chopped green onion & carrots when chicken is done remove and add to sauce mixture and pour it over fettachini.
