4 skinless boneless chicken breats
1 medium size bag of California blend Veggies
1 cup italian dressing
1Tb spoon Basil
other items need:
Tin Foil to make pouch
cookie sheet
Preheat oven to 425. place large piece of tin foil on cookie (tin foil must be large enough to hold chicken & veggies.) If chicken is frozen let thaw. place thawed chicken in the middle of tin foil. cover chicken with veggies.( put as much as desired over chicken.) then pour italian dressing over chicken and veggies. If you would like to add more italian for taste that is wonderful. then sprinkle basil over the chicken and veggies. Next take the tin foil and creat a pouch. take the top and bottom and seal by folding them together. next take the sides and fole them closed as well. Make sure you have enough room for the tin foil to expand. If you need to you can always just add a second piece of tin foil over the top and seal it that way. but juice may leak out. place cookie sheet with pouch on it in oven for 30-35 minutes. or until chicken is completely cooked.
