Home made Macaroni and cheese

Recipe: Ingredients: 2 lbs cheese (I like to use a variety... cheddar, mozzerella, colby, monterey Jack) cut into small cubes 1 16 oz box elbow macaroni 2/3 cup milk 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 cup margarine or butter Cook macaroni until slightly tender drain and put in a large casserole dish. Add cubed cheese and milk and stir. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and thinly slice butter and put on top of the bread crumbs. Bake covered at 350 for about 30 minutes. This usually makes a large dish so I devide it into smaller containers after it cools and my kids eat it for lunch a few times during the week.
