Cabbage Rolls/Ground Beef

Recipe: Ingredients- 1 Large Cabbage 2-3 lbs Ground Beef 2 cups Riceland Rice 2 lg cans Sauerkraut 1 lg pan (about 8inches deep and 18 inches wide) First you start to boil the rice for about 8 minutes-strain the water from it and just mix it to the hamburger meat (uncooked) add salt to your likings. Boil the cabbage until leaves are rollable.(Do not cut cabbage) Make the hamburger meat into hand size balls and place them in the middle of each individual leave and roll them up to where the hamburger meat can not be seen. Once you have done that go placing them in a circular pattern in the pan and piling them on one another as well. once you are half ways done place 1 can of sauerkraut on top of the ones you have finished and continue with the rest. As you finish place the other can of sauerkraut on top and fill the pan about half ways with water. place them to boil for about 45 minutes but make sure to be checking that the water does not run out and that their is a lid on the pan so the steam can cook them. once you check that the hamburger meat and rice are fully cooked-serve and enjoy.....my husband eats them with ketchup-i don't.
