3 boneless,skinless chicken breasts cooked & chopped
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup of mayo
Season salt
In a 13"x9" baking pan put cooked white rice on bottom of pan, then add the cooked chicken, celery, onion, and eggs.
In a bowl mix together the soup and mayo, mix well add some season salt to taste.
After well mixed add to the top of the casserole, making sure that all sides are covered. Add season salt (not a lot).
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
