chili and cornbread Name: jill shields Base: Geissen,germany Recipe: Jiffy cornbread mix,(mix acording to pkg) add cheese and frozen corn, pour into a flan pan and bake for 25 min. Heat chili and cut up some tomatoes and onions,shredded cheese. when the corn bread is done let cool for 10 min. then invert onto serveing dish pour hot chili over the cornbread and top with onion,cheese and tomatoes and sour cream if you like . silce as a slice of pie and serve.
