Recipe: |
3 cups corn niblets(frozen are great)
6oz canned milk(or 1/4 cup plain milk w/1tbsp sugar)
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
combine all ingredients in a baking dish
top with:
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted margarine
1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
just combine the 3 ingredients and sprinkle on top,bake @350 for 25 minutes.let set 5 mins before serving. |
