sweet chili Name: melissa bristow Base: ft bragg,nc Recipe: 1 lb ground beef 1 standard size can of corn niblets 2 regular or one large can of kidney beans one chopped onion one can tomato paste salt,pepper,garlic powder,and sugar to taste brown ground beef in a large pot,drain fat. add onion to meat and cook until soft. add corn(with liquid),beans(with liquid),and tomato paste. stir in 2 can fulls(corn can)of water,season to taste and simmer 15-30 mins. really good with some plain cheap biscuits on the side,super healthy too.
