CHILI DOG CASSEROLE Name: patti osteen Base: retired Recipe: CHILI DOG CASSEROLE: I got this recipe in my mail this morning and had it tonight. It was easy and really good, taste just like a chili dog on a bun. Yummm. ******************************************************* INGREDIENTS: 2-(15-ounce)-cans chili with beans, 1-(16-ounce)-hot dogs or franfurters, 8 to 10(8 inch)-flour tortillas, depending hot many franks in the package, 1-8-ounce)-package Cheddar cheese, shredded, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spread 1 can of chili and beans in the bottom of a casserole baking dish. Roll up franks inside tortillas and place in baking dish, seam side down, on top of the chili and beans. Top with remaining can of chili and beans, and sprinkle with cheese. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake at 400 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
