1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 (10oz.) can 7-up
Mix Cake, pudding, oil, and eggs together well. Add 7-Up and stir together. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes. Cool and frost.
ICING:
2 Eggs
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 stick butter
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup coconut
1 1/12 cups nuts
Beat together eggs, sugar, flour, butter and pineapple. Cook on stove until thickened. Add coconut and nuts. Blend together well.
