3 or 4 med Potatoes (sliced thin)
1 small diced Onion
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Chicken Broth or Bouillon Cube w/water
3 Tbps grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs
5 to 6 Tbps Butter
Mix potatoes and onions in a 10 inch baking pan. Dot with butter. Next mix evaporated milk and broth, pour over firt mixture. Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes. ENJOY.
