Recipe: This is a great, easy and inexpensive way to have a asian style meal! 4 chicken breast or tenders 1/4 cup flour 2 eggs 1 cup corn flakes, crushed Salt & Pepper to taste 1 1/2 cups old for frying Pound chicken breast(or tenders) to 1/4 inch thick, season with salt & pepper. Coat with flour on both sides. Dip chicken in egg wash, then in corn flakes, coat well on both sides. Fry in hot oil till golden brown, about 1 1/2 minute on both sides. Serve with rice or noodles & katsu sauce or your favorite dipping sauce! Enjoy!!
