CORN CASSEROLE
1 SMALL BOX JIFFY CORN MUFFIN MIX
1 STICK MARG, OR ½ CUP
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 EGG
1 CAN CREAM CORN
1 CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN, DRAINED
½ CUP PET MILK
Melt Marg in casserole dish, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bake at 375 for 45 mins or until toothpick clean.
