1 can chicken broth
1 can Rotel
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 can mexicorn
Mix first 3 ingredients together bring to a boil, then add last 2 ingredients and let simmer for 7- 10 minutes to help thicken. Eat as a soup or use over nacho chips. If you use fat free beans and chicken broth (fat free chips)it is a very lowfat meal. It does sound like a yukky combination of ingredients but amazingly turns out really YUMMY!!
