Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy and Turkey

Recipe: Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy and Turkey You will Need: 1 pound of sliced turkey (get from deli section) 1 box of Idaho Mashed potatoes Instant Mix 2-3 cans of turkey gravy 1 can of sweet kernal corn (you can heat up w/butter in microwave or straight from can) Using the Mashed potatoes instant mix, make your desired servings according to the directions. On a medium sized pan over low-medium heat, melt 1 large spoonful of butter in pan. Once melted, throw in the turkey slices spreading them easily. After 5 minutes, throw in the turkey gravy. Once the gravy is boiling, it's time to EAT! Serve a good amount of mashed potatoes with the turkey and gravy mix on top and then spread some corn over that. It looks almost like a volcano. ENJOY
