Mexican Casserole

Recipe: 1 to 2 lbs lean hambuger meat 1 small inion chopped (optional) 1 small green pepper chopped (optional) 1 can kidney beans (optional-can sub with chili beans) 1 2lb pkg shredded cheese (any kind you per) 1 pkg corn tortillas Cook hambuger, onion and green pepper together. Season with salt,pepper and 1 pkg taco seasoning. Drain if needed, Add beans and let simmer until good and mixed. In 9x13 pan tear tortillas in half and place in the bottom of pan. Add meat mixture andlayer of cheese. Continue until all are used with cheese on top of last layer. Place in oven @350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted good. Enjoy :}
