Ingredients:
1 15oz. can solid pumpkin
1 box Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
MIx ingredients together by hand until combined. Spoon into greased muffin pan or mini muffin pan. 15 minutes at 350 degrees for regular muffins, 8 minutes for the mini muffins or until center tests done with a toothpick. These are so moist!
If you wish to make a glaze:
Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. maple extract. Brush tops of each muffin when cool. |
