YOU'LL NEED:
Potato's cut in cubes (enough for your family)
1 large bottle of Ranch
Bacon Bits
Shredded cheese (any kind)
Seasonings ( I like to use Johnny's all seasoning salt, and garlic powder)
Baking dish
Set oven to about 350* Cut up potato's in large cubes. For my family of 4, I usually use about 4-5. Leave skins on if you like. Boil until soft, not mushy. While potato's boil, shread some cheese. I like alot, so I usually do at lease 1 1/2 cups. When potato's are done, drain and dump in baking dish. Season with your choice of seasoning. Pour on ranch, making sure to evenly coat potato's. Spread shredded cheese all over potato's. Top with bacon bits. Pop in oven until cheese is all melted. ENJOY! |
