Recipe: Crunchy Onion Chicken 1-1/3 cups Durkee, Orginal or Cheddar French Fired onions, crushed, 4- boneless chicken breasts, about 1 lb. 1-egg beaten, 1. Place onions in plastic bag and crush with hands or rolling pin. 2. Dip chicken in egg and then coat with crushed onions. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or till no longer pink in center. hint: 1 cup crushed french's onions = 1 cup bread crumbs for any recipe.
