I made a huge bowl of this for my whole family so I will just tell you the equivilants and you can ajust it as you see fit.
Chicken breasts, cooked and cubed (I used 8)
Cashews (I used a 1 1/2 cans)
Celery (I used 4 stocks)
yellow onion (I used a 3/4 of a large onion)
Mayo (I used 1 1/2 cups and I also used fat free)
sourcream (I used 3/4 cup)
salt and pepper to taste |
