Preheat oven to 350. Get a small pack of 3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast (or any kind of chicken you prefer). Rinse chicken and place in baking pan. Mix one can of cream of chicken (or you can use cream of mushroom) and small tub of sour cream in bowl. After mixed well pour over top of chicken. Cover chicken well. Next you will need about a half a stick of butter (you can use tube butter too). Slice butter up and place on top of sauce on chicken. Then add a little salt and pepper too. Then place in over for an hour at 350. Boil and cook some egg noodles. After chicken is cooked place chicken on plate and mix (cooked) egg noodles into sauce for a complete meal.

3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can of cream of chicken
1 small tub of sour cream
butter
salt
pepper
Tips: Chicken cooks best when thawed completely. You can also place foil over pan for the first half the time to help prevent over cooking the sauce. |
