Recipe: Pina Colada Cake 1 package yellow cake mix Oil, eggs, and water to prepare cake as directed on the package 1- 16 Oz can of cream of coconut 1- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk 16oz tub of whipped topping 1 7 oz package coconut This cake stays in the pan it is cooked in, I recommend using an aluminum 9x13 pan with a lid Prepare and bake the yellow cake according to directions. Do not remove cake from pan. Poke holes in the cake using a fork. While the cake is cooling, combine cream of coconut and condensed milk in a bowl, mix well. Pour over the warm cake and chill in the fridge. When chilled, spread whipped topping over the top of the cake and sprinkle with coconut.
