Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. oats
2 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Cream butter with sugars till light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Mixing well. Add oats and fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon fulls on cookie sheet and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
