Recipe: POOR MAN'S LASAGNA: 1-POUND GROUND BEEF,BROWNED AND DRAINED, 2-24OUNCE JARS OF YOUR CHOICE SPAGETTI SAUCE, 1- 12 OUNCE BAG EGG NOOLDES, WIDE OR MEDIUM, 1-BAG SHREDDED MEXICAN CHEESE, 1- 16 OUNCE CONTAINER OF COTTAGE CHEESE, 2- EGGS, 1/2- CUP GRATED PARMASEAN CHEESE ADDITIONAL SEASONING OF YOUR CHOICE, I USE MRS. DASH TOMATO BASIL, GARLIC AND HERB, ITALITAN SEASONING, ABOUT 1/2TEASPOON EACH. BROWN AND DRAIN HAMBURGER, SET ASIDE. BOIL NOODLES FOR 6 MINUTES, DRAIN. MIX HAMBURGER WITH SEASONINGS AND SPAGETTI SAUCE. WHILE NOODLES ARE BOILING MIX COTTAGE CHEESE, MEXICAN CHEESES AND EGGS TOGETHER, SET ASIDE. PUT 1/2 OF HAMBURGER MIXTURE IN BOTTOM OF 9 BY 13 PAN, TOP WITH NOODLES THEN WITH CHEESES MIXTURE. THEN TOP WITH REMAINING SAUCE. BAKE IN 350 OVEN FOR 45 MINUTES. SERVE WITH GALRLIC BREAD AND OR TOSSED SALAD.
