Italian Sausage Lasagna

Recipe: Italian Sausage Lasagna INGREDIENTS: 1-pound Bob Evans or any Italian Sausage Roll, 1-large jar chunky pasta sauce, 1-package lasagna noodles, 1-container ricotta cheese, 4-cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2-cup grated Parmesan cheese, DIRECTIONS: cook sausage in large skillet, breaking up and until browned. Remove from heat and stir in pasta sauce. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread 3/4 cup sauce into bottom of 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Top with 3 noodles. Cover noodles with 1/3 of ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella and 3/4 cup sauce. Repeat layers two more times. Add last 3 noodles. Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until noodles are tender.
