Southwestern Chicken Dip

Base: Ft Stewart
Recipe: 1 lb (16oz) VELVETTA, cut up 1 jar (10oz) Chunky Salsa (your choice) 1 1/4 cups chopped cooked chicken 1/4 cup green onion slices 1 tsp. ground cumin (optional) MIX ingredients in 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl. MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 minutes or until VELVETTA is completely melted, stirring after 3 minutes. SERVE with tortilla chips or RITZ Chips. Makes 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. each. Great Substitutes: use 1/2lb of cooked and drained ground beef/chicken/pork or turkey! Also you can spice this up by adding some Jalapeno Peppers!!! I hope you all enjoy, this makes a great Game Day Dip!!!
