Recipe: 6 cups Cooked Chicken/Turkey, Cook any way.... 15 Stalks Celery... 3 cans Water Chestnuts, Sliced... 3 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup... 3 cans Cream of Celery Soup... 1 cup Mayonnaise/Miracle Whip, 3 TBSP for each can of soup... 3 sticks Butter... 3 bags Pepperage Herb Stuffing Mix, *16oz Package.................. Microwave Celery and onion on high with butter till tender; add this to the Stuffing mix. Mix soups with mayonnaise, add to stuffing mix add chicken and water chestnuts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 320 or lower till brown on top. Notes: * you can use Bread crumbs plus poltry seasoning to taste.
